Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of GoComply.
The service
GoComply is a documentation and organization tool for financial and insurance advisors. It helps you prepare, store and retrieve compliance records. It does not provide legal, tax or regulatory advice and does not replace your own compliance obligations or those of your firm.
Your account
You must provide accurate registration information, verify your email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for a single advisor and may not be shared.
Your content and clients
You retain responsibility for the client information you enter or upload. You confirm that you have the authority and consent required to process that information, and that your use of GoComply complies with the rules of your firm and regulators.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is billed on a recurring subscription through our payment provider until cancelled. Promotional codes apply only as described at the time of redemption. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to access another user's data, probe or disrupt the service, upload malicious files, or use GoComply for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do so.
Third-party integrations
If you connect an e-signature or email provider, your use of that provider is governed by their terms. GoComply is not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.
Availability and limitation of liability
GoComply is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. You remain responsible for maintaining your own records as required by your firm and regulators.
No regulatory affiliation
GoComply is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WFG, FSRA, CIRO or any other regulator.
